The Hass avocado, whose scientific name is Persea americana belongs to the variety "Hass", originated from a Guatemalan seed in a garden of Rudolph Hass in La Habra, California in 1926.
The fruit is of excellent quality, without fiber, high resistance to transport and long post - harvest life. Both the fruit and the seed are relatively small, weighing between 200 and 300 gr. Once harvested it becomes black to violet, it also adopts a soft consistency resulting from maturation, determining the optimal time for consumption.
Our Hass avocado is cultivated following and complying with good agricultural practices, in order to ensure the quality and safety of the final product, achieving 85% preference in the French market.

Our Hass avocado fields are located in Casma, Virú and Huaral.
